Currency missing after buying the game directly on PlayStation store

Is there any procedure to get the 30 currency that GGG is giving when buying the game from this site?
I’m not the only one and would love to know how to proceed.

What worked for me since PoE1:

Start the game, go into the MTX-Store and select either the coins or packs-page. Maybe even click on one of the offers, but don't buy.
This usually seems to trigger a synchronisation.
Also works for the free MTX we sometimes get from PS+.
