Master of Hexes does not reduce curse duration

The Master of Curses node on the passive tree does not appear to reduce curse duration.
The tooltip/skill page description does not update regardless of whether the node is allocated, but does update if any "reduced skill effect duration" nodes are allocated.

Bump for what seems to be a bug since launch, but has significant effects now with the rework to hexblast.
