Trials of sekhemas

I dont know if its been talked about I didnt see it, but playing in a party the host was the one who was taking damage even when they werent around anything to damage them. Looks like it was when I would get hit and they weren't near they would receive some or all of my damage during the boss fight. They are Merc I am Stormweaver Sorc
