Decaying Hex does not scale with increased chaos damage
The chaos damage over time effect from the curse Support Gem Decaying Hex currently is *only* scaling with Intelligence, increased chaos damage or spell damage does not increase the total damage at all.

Noticed the scaling issue today as well. I can accept it not scaling with spell damage since it does not have the "Spell" tag, but it does have the "Chaos" tag and I was fully expecting it to scale with "% increased chaos damage" from items and passives because of it, similarly to how other chaos skills and supports work (e.g. impending doom).

Same here, still not fixed. Would also be nice if chaos support gem could interact with it even if the primary skill doesn't have the chaos modifier such as Chaotic Freeze :P

Try over-capping Curse Delay: not only do your curses lose animations, they also lose the DoT ability.
~ Chaos / Curse math is just broken atm. ~Edit and whoever designed these skills needs a serious lesson in "How to scale on curves". 15% of 200/300 is really good... until lvl 20. At which point it's... totally useless. "Does the player Int lvel scale according to the mob HP level"? << Basic question to ask before putting the Gem ingame.
