Oswald is still missing In act 3 can I plz get a Fix for this

I seen him 1 time then he was gone and has been gone all act he is not in the town in act 3 for me anyone else having this problem ?

So I made 2 new champs and made it to act 3 playing coop with my wife and it seem to be what ever player talks to Oswald 1st they will have access to him and the other will not. CCC you have to fix this I have 2 characters now that can not see Oswald.

Second this issue. Oswald does not appear on one of the players from couch co-op. When playing in a party together, Oswald does not appear for either.

Please fix this issue, it's making it very difficult to progress properly.

Still having the same issue. Really don't want this hammer taking up inventory space but... damn it.
