Problem upgrading support pack

Hi, i recently bought an upgrade of the support pack from Lord of Ogham to king of the Faridun supporter pack, and i haven't receive any credits or items from the upgrade, and my money have discounted from my bank account.Should i just wait or i have to contact someone else?My ID is Peinetaw#6447.
