Purchased Stash Tabs - Remove-Only

Hello,

I bought (with real money) stash tabs. I'm using the same account on PlayStation and on PC.

1. The Gem tab is just broken. there's no grid, and I cannot place any gems inside of the tab on either platform.
UPDATE - After restarting the game on PC, the Gem tab is now gone altogether... :(

2. When logging in on PC the tabs are now all labeled (remove-only).

What is happening/going wrong? I'm not buying tabs twice for the same account when this game is supposed to be cross platform.

While I appreciate the nature of bugs, once they involve real money the issue be comes top priority in my mind. This needs resolving ASAP.

UPDATE... Seems the stash tabs are working correctly now HOWEVER, when logging in on PC (steam) the tabs bought on PlayStation are still (remove-only) tabs even though it's the same account.

I also bought tabs on PS5 which are listed as remove only on PC. Very frustrating when trying to sort out currency or posting items to sell, hoping for a fix in the near future.

Wouldn`t have bought the PS5 early access if I knew this was going to be like this.

Unfortunately, any purchases made on PlayStation platforms cannot be used on other platforms, and purchases made on other platforms cannot be used on PlayStation platforms. Note that these purchases can still be on the same sub-account, but the microtransactions will be marked as unavailable when viewing them in your stash.

This was in announcements under the new system changes sorry probably wont be a fix

While I understand they posted this information, I refuse to believe that it's acceptable. If you're going to have cross platform accounts then microtransactions should be cross as well, as long as it's the same account. The purchases should be account bound, NOT platform. It's borderline egregious, and definitely something that has been programed this way. Purchasing the game for each platform makes sense, but not microtransactions within the same account. Can you imagine the backlash other companies would get for doing something like this... "sorry sir you'll have to buy the same $100 cosmetic twice..." umm NO NO NO

Ummmm So I bought soooo many stash tabs on Ps5, then used my PC to buy an extra stash tab. So now I'm all mixed up. I cn use some tabs on PC and some only on PS5...

GGG if this is just how it is going to be, can we migrate all the stash tabs to one platform or the other? It is incredibly frustrating to spend money on something, then have it not work.

I removed all the items from one of my 'remove only' tabs and did a log-out refresh but when i logged back in, the empty tab is nor completely gone. removed from my tab list...I know it is early access but tabs should be account, not platform specific.

I'm sure GGG agrees, seeing as how they reached an agreement with Microsoft where purchases (such as points and stash tabs) can be used freely between PC and Xbox.

But they weren't able to reach an agreement with Sony for some reason.
