Character will not load in act three playstation 5 path of exile 2

My playstation 5 crashes every time I try to load my level thirty six, witch. I have tried restarting the playstation, closing the game and creating a second character all the way up into the first wait point. None of these has worked, and I am unable to access my character.This is for path of exile 2.
