POE 2 Loud Static AUDIO BUG

My computer's audio is showing some "pops" whenever I open the game.
The "pops" persist even if you mute the game, they appear in youtube videos or any audio file.

All problems disappear immediately when you close the game.

I've already done the tests with several other games, and only in POE2 this happens.

I've updated all drivers, tried to disable audio effects, reinstalled the game and tested other headsets, nothing worked

RTX Geforce 3060
Headset USB-C

I don't know what is going on but from my side i had to keep Cap the FPS by enabling forground FPS cap and background fps Cap and had to limit the fps to Less than what my computer was pushing

I was playing at 230 fps and the sound disappered (slowly) by decreasing the fps max... it got quiter and quiter until 150 fps at that i couldn't hear it

same thing background fps I had to set it to 2 fps and it stopped buzzing in the back ground for me
