Den of Snakes reward lost - PoE2

When i did the Den of Snakes quest for act 6, where we obtain the Orok Poison, I accidentally chose the wrong one, then i pulled it out, because i thought i could choose again when i drop it, but its lost forever and i cant obtain the reward again. Could someone from the devs reset the quest state for me ?

В 3 акте вообще не падает квестовый предмет, релоги и прочее не помогает, ПОФИКСЬТЕ ПОЖАЛУЙСТА, квест ЯД ОРОКОВ!
