Playstation 5 Trade Site (Not Working)

When i trying message to someone by clicking "Direct Whisper" i got this error.
Invalid Query; Your account must be in-game to use this feature. Playing on PS5. Whats Problem? Zuletzt angestoßen am 17.12.2024, 08:48:16

I bought the early access key on ps5 but I can’t see the character in the website so I can’t trade

I bought early access to the game yesterday, and I'm having the exact same problem with the trade

< you must be lvl 25 on charater
1.) go to trade site 2.) click on your loggin name 3.) must click on poe2 early. verify account. < note im also having issues with this function. system says my account doesn't exist, althoung im able to play and see everything. just can't do direct whispers for trade. Okay, I can confirm that level 25 gives you access to the trade from within the game. Direct whisper also works. Don't manage to finish the operation e2e, the seller was busy so was I
