Sun Clan Relic has disappeared and cannot be dropped

Yoo in act2 im trying put Sun Clan Relic to divice and it dissappeared idk why and i cant end this q so i go end this act. Next on Cruel 2 all Relic drop and i can end this q on Cruel but now i end all act's and i cant drop Sun relic for end this q in act 2. Please do something :C

I'm also experiencing the same issue. When I take an item out of my inventory to set altar, it disappears as if I threw it away, and it will never be dropped by enemies again.

same issue I lost sun relic somewhere. And not it's do not dropping. Can't finish this quest.

Same issue. I cannot find that relic anywhere while clearing the Bone Pits. Tried resetting the instance too.
