Bug or error in quest "Traitor's Passage" that prevents me from accessing the endgame of Poe 2.

I have the quest "Traitor's Passage" stuck and I can't move forward in any way. I've done the indicated area and killed the boss of the mission like 10 times or more, I've been in a group with a friend who was starting the same mission and he hasn't moved forward either... Because of this error I can't play the endgame of the game because the map device tells me that I have to finish all the missions of the campaign to be able to open a map. This is very frustrating and hopeless, so I ask that someone please help me contact GGG so they know about this error and can fix it.

It depends on why you aren't able to access the endgame.


If it isn't your first character making it to the endgame:
The new character HAS to run its first map in the Ziggurat Refuge, not in the hideout.

If your character was migrated to a different league, such as by dying in Hardcore:
As far as I know, you need to either migrate all league progress (only an option for SSF->Trade), or run a character through the campaign in that league. The migrated character cannot unlock league-wide progress from quests, such as the benches in town or unlocking the Atlas, if they have already completed those quests in a different league.
