Pc Performance and strange memory usage

My pc spe is i5 9600k - 16gb ram - nvidia 2070 - win11
i know i dont have the most powerfull pc out there but my friend with the same exac spec has 80/90 stable fps all around while i have barely 60 fps when no mob around and go down to 35/40, almost unpleyable, i chech the graph and i realyze my memory "bar" is at the cap and my friend barely use 5gb, here the screen https://ibb.co/2NyL4KH i try changing every single option in the game and nothing happen, delete the cache and delete the config files, still same position. Any suggestion?

Same here, and still the same after 0.1.1 patch (looks like performance issues and crashes are not part of "the little things that can ruin people's experience" :D

i5 13500
RTX4060 Driver 566.36
16GB RAM
Win 10 64 22H2 19045.3324

With graphics settings on low or medium I can have 120fps, but when there are a lot of mobs poping I barely have 90 or even 50 fps.
Just using some skills producing fx in my hideout stress my GC more than it should.

Also on some maps (Savannah, Fortress ..) I can see the CPU latency raising to 8 or 10ms and stay that high for no apparent reason, even once the map is cleared.

I've checked on POE1, no such issues, memory usage is around 4GB on in game monitoring, everything is smooth whatever the skills / particules / effects on the screen, so it's not Windows, Nvidia driver or whatever issue but POE2 only.

[ While the Game is Closed ]
Visit this location
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile 2

Should be 7 folders , and 1 file.

countdown , daily deal cache, minimap , motd cache , payment package
shaderchache d3d12 , shopimages
and Engine.version

( ShaderCache D2D12 ) & Minimap is pretty much the 2 folders you want to delete, but its faster and better to delete all the 8 folder/files.

Anyways, after you delete this, restart your pc.
Launch Game, and Enjoy the FPS & Stability Boost.

( The First 30 Seconds ) Of visiting Town, Hideout, and and least 1 map.
you may experience small lag/delay, and fresh folders generate for the first time.

Does this really help? : Yes !
Shaders is a core graphics function of the game.
Having Fresh = Better/Smooth FPS & Load times.

How often should i do this? Every major patch that requires a server restart, and or as you feel like things are getting slow.

Yes I'm clearing the shader cache pretty often (also tried different settings on nvidia driver shader cache), it helps a bit yes but there are deeper causes that needs to be addressed (IE weird memory consumption report, general optimizations ..)
Having same problem.
Play OK for a while and then crashes become more and more frequent.
32K Memory overspilled to my SSD and game becomes unplayable.

AMD 78003D CPU and 7900XTX GPU.

Only happens on PO2 no other game including POE1.
Needs to be dealt with urgently , lots of Reddit posts
