CPU/GPU goes high temperatures.
Hi GGG,
My MSI Click bios settings already turned on Turbo Boost mode for poe2, always crashed every time during the game. When will you fix CPU/GPU spikes? High temperatures up like around 80-95c Degrees. My spec: Intel 13th Gen, 13620H, 16 cores, 4.8GHz processor NVIDIA RTX 4050 series, 6GB 32GB Memory DDR5 MSI Cyborg 15 A13VE model Laptop Thank you, Jimmy Zuletzt angestoßen am 07.02.2025, 11:40:22

How is it GGGs fault that you're buying "gaming" laptops with insufficient cooling solutions?
If the game demands 100% from your hardware it will generate heat and if that heat isn't taken out properly you can only complain to the manufacturer. That's like complaining to Honda that the road in front of your house has potholes |

Same problems here to this game is rising the CPU temperature alot mine 5800x3d reached 91°C ambient temperature ambient is 24°C. having to leave the coolers set to maximum.

Same issue here. Ive noticed steady 91c temperatures whenever I teleport to the Ardura caravan. I teleport elsewhere and the temperatures lower from the steady 91c. Specs - Deepcool AK620 5800x3D 4080 S |

I have a custom water loop with 3 360 radiators. a 7950x3d (which wants to run hot) and a 4070ti super. Playing a game like Cyberpunk at max settings i see gpu temps of 45 degrees. I see cpu temps of 65 degrees. in POE2 i see cpu temps hit 85 degrees (but this is AMD's fault to a degree) and I see gpu temps hit 65 degrees.
This game runs EXTREMELY hot and i'm not 100% sure why, maybe because it's all raster? but it is brutal on temps. If my system is just in my comfort zone with massive cooling, how do you expect laptops to do the job. |
