Zalmarath the Colossus bugged hitbox (ranged)

Im almost unable to do damage to Zalmarath as ranged. My arrows just fly through his body. I can only hit him when aiming at his arms. So basically the only way to kill him, is to stand still at his left hand side and just shoot at his left arm. This is boring and feels broken.

Its also very hard to manually aim at him; my characters aim is very clumsy. Its as if trying to aim with the right stick locks on to something.

I would upload a video but the PS app never finishes uploading the screen capture from my ps5.

I'm having the exact same issue with my ranger.
