CE-108255-1 CODE

I keep getting a CE-108255-1 error code, how do I fix it? I've already tried everything like reinstalling the game, resetting the PS5 and restoring the license. ps5 support says maybe it could be because the last update wasn't installed properly, please help, thank you.. GGG
