Gembloom Skull not dropping

King of the Mists boss not dropping reward, no 30 spirit Gembloom skull or spirit gem, killed him multiple times and map skull is gray now. This will not allow me to progress toward endgame as 60 spirit is needed. Please throw this issue in an upcoming hot fix.
Please, I don't want to abandon this character at this point a ton of time and effort was used.

I do not know if I have got it but disappeared in my bag anyway.
