Ancient Vows Relic Lost

I dropped a quest item relic from the bone pits for this quest in act2 brutal, I then wanted to see if it worked on the act2 non-brutal altar but I was not able to.

I then miss-clicked the relic out of my inventory on the ground and it disappeared.

I tried pressing "Z" to try to toggle loot on or off. I also tried holding ALT to disable my filter. I also disabled my filter completely. All these did not work and my relic was gone.

Now I'm pretty sure I can just farm another one from somewhere in Act 2 but I don't think this behaviour is intended.

Do you know where to get the first relic? The titans grotto reward is labeled as relic but its nowhere to be found.

Same for me, my act2 non-cruel relic just vanished on floor and I tried to farm it again but I didnt get it in like 10+ location clears, need elp

One drops in Keth, another one in The Bone Pits.

Same situation for me. I accidentally dropped an item from my inventory and I can't drop it again

Same problem, dropped it in the floor while I was rearranging my inventory and now is gone... Can't drop it again, already tired 10+ times!!!

Same issue(09-01-2025), I dropped my quest item on the ground and picked up loot and now they are gone. Can't proceed with the quest anymore.

None of the methods online are working.

Have you found out a fix yet or did you just make a new character?

Haven't found a fix but the buffs you get from that quest are pretty minimal so I just moved on.
