Bug: Mind over Matter & Damage Taken Recouped as Mana

I believe I found a bug in the interaction between the Mind over Matter keystone, Eldritch Battery Keystone, and the affix Damage Taken Recouped as Mana. For context I am currently playing a level 66 Acolyte of Chayula and my build revolves entirely around mana stacking.

My character has a total of 93% Damage Taken Recouped as mana which was achieved through the talent tree, the amulet affix, and the unique belt Midnight Braid. I am also using the unique shield Alkem Eira with 51% block chance which allows Damage Blocked to be Recouped as mana.

The Bug
When I block with the shield Alkem Eira I notice a significant boost in my mana regeneration from the blocked damage counting toward mana recoup. When I receive unblocked hits on the other hand I notice no change toward my mana regeneration at all, it remains identical to my character's base mana regeneration.

It certainly seems like a bug that hit damage to my mana isn't being registered toward my Damage Taken Recouped as Mana.

Any information on what is occurring would be greatly appreciated!

Bump. As a chronomancer, I have an almost identical setup. Mana recoup isn't working at all. I took Mind over Matter off and it still wasn't working. I took damage to life, energy shield, and mana and mana recoup wasn't happening at all.

Mana recoup also wasn't working from that same unique shield we both have.

HOWEVER, mana recoup WAS working a few days ago before I switched to this build. I was using the damage taken as mana before life nodes on the tree and NOT Mind over Matter. The mana recoup was working then, I think...
