Kabala Clan relic gone from inventory

I obtained the Kabala clan relic, then did the Trial of the Sekhemas, and the relic vanished from my inventory, I've been killing snakes in Keth for a few hours with no luck at getting another.

I cruel mode I the kabala clan relic also dissapeared from my inventory and can't manage to make it drop again after clearing keth crazy amount of times.

I thought the relics were found in normal and cruel. Went to valley of the titans in cruel and tried placing the relic I carried from normal into the alter once the other one dropped. The normal version wouldn’t go in. I dropped it to the ground and it instantly deleted. Couldn’t pick it back up. Now going back, I cannot get the normal version to drop again from Keth. Can’t seem to reset this. Seems bugged.
