Help with Cast on Ignite support gems

Guys might be a noobie question (I'm new to poe tho so I guess it's fine), but I'm a bit confused, moved my Firestorm with a Considered Casting support gem into Cast on Ignite and now not sure if the Considered Casting gem work with Firestorm? Or can I only use spell skills in Cast on Ignite?
