I can't get Balbala's Barya in Act 5

Hi, I have a problem with the quest to get an assendancy in Act 5 in poe 2. After receiving Balbala's Barya, I went to the test after which I died during it. I had Balbala's Barya from Act 2 in my inventory and I used it, after passing the test with this Balbala's Barya, I did not receive any points. After that, I can't get a new Balbala's Barya, no matter how many times I kill the boss it falls from. I would like to get a new Balbala's Barya or assendancy points. character name Analogay

I lost Barya too. I died in the second to last room and when I came out of Trial, the barya was gone.

Quest reports to I have it and tells me to explore Traitor's passage further.

The items Balbala's Barya didn't drop on act 5 and now stuck at the quest.
