Reforging Bench not showing up

So, im in Act 4 (1) now and the reforging bench didnt show up for me. I did the quest required to obtain it, but its still not in town for me.

Same bug, I've completed all acts and quests still not showing up. Bug report #3102318846.
It is also not available in hideout. |

Same here, done all the quests for it and don't have it making the mapping a tad harder because I can't craft next tiers if needed
