POE 2 Ancient Vows Quest Bugged

I accidentally threw 2 relic pieces, which are Qeust items, on the ground and the cylinders, so I can't do the quest. Although I farmed for about 3 hours to make the relic pieces drop again in Keith and bone pits, the relic pieces didn't drop again, so I can't complete the quest, my progress in the game has stopped, please help me because I can't complete the quest GGG.

unable to insert the relics. the place to insert them only appears when mousing over the altar without the relics picked up from inventory.

My friend is having the same issue.

I am also unable to click the altar.

EDIT: I was doing it wrong. I thought I had to click the altar and the relics would be inserted. Picking them up from my inventory and inserting them manually worked.

I also have this issue, I thought the quest item was a duplicate or something and dropped it on the ground.

Re-killing bosses and stuff doesn't drop a new version.


My character is locked out of this quest because I don't have the items to insert.

Same here

EDIT: I asked in global chat and someone whispered me, saying that you need to alt-click the items. It worked for me, so you might want to give that a try. Else just start alt-clicking everything lol

I managed to get one to drop, but I think I missed picking it up, went back to the zone before it reset but the Kabala clan relic was missing and I cant get it to drop again.

Dropped Relics and the are gone I cannot complete the Ancient Vows quest in “Act 5” (Act 2 Second time through)

I am having this exact same issue i cant do the quest either
