Crashed on Azak Bog act 3 cruel

Cannot open the game anymore, since my character is still there, so every time i log back in, the games crash.

This just happened to me on regular act 3 crashes every time i try to load into the game. Created a new person that works fine but that area is in a crash loop

Same here, it only happens on Azak Bog (currently on normal difficulty). Atleast I was able to teleport out, but I'm unable to get the 30 spirit from the boss there due to this bug...sad

Hello, Any updates on this? I have the same issue. My character is stuck in azak bog and whenever I log in, it crashes on the loading screen of azak bog rendering me unable to play. Is there any character unstuck that I can avail on?

having the same issue... dunno what to do, when in main menu can't even click login.

Same issue, I didn't search enough and just found this, already posted a bug report, will try restarting.
