Accessibility QoL Suggestion: Reduce Flashing (Menu Option)

Hello everyone.

In my brief experience so far, I've noticed the environments tend to be dark.

This prompted me to play the game without lights on in my home.

As such, the amount of flashing lights with some spells beceme very noticeable.

Would be good to have an option in the menu to reduce them.

While the light effects don't bother me as much as they do in D4, I still think this would be a great option to have.
I agree
They need a box I can check to reduce the effects of darkness and bright areas.

You either can't see anything at all (despite all manner of spells going off)

or the sun is so bright everything gets washed out.

And it is one of those things.

Either I turn the gamma up for the campaign...

or I let it be normal for maps but then a occasional dark mark is dark and it is still very bright on maps that have like sun shining thru.

Yeah, so far the only way to manage lighting visibility is via Gamma only.
