"Recreate the Horn of Vastiri" not showing

I killed the titan, got the quest item. It says to "recreate the horn of vastiri" at the caravan, but I see no quest marker to do it. Whatever the quest item was that I picked up from the titan boss, I don't have it any more, and if I go and kill the titan again, it doesn't drop.

My progress appears stuck on this quest. please help!

What other quest ? I have the same problem. I've done all the other quests except the Ascent to Power one. And I'd rather do the Ascent of Power later.

didint get any horn and now im missing all three quest items

I also don't have the horn in my inventory after talking to the NPC. Char is stuck
