Screen goes black and video reloads

My screen occasionally goes black and all the items on my screen reload. It started happening in Act II. Its happened maybe 10 times now. I am using the D12 API. I have tried switching to Vulkan, but the game immediately crashes. My Nvidia driver is up to date.

I am having an issue where my whole monitor turns off when playing. I thought it was onlyhappenign when I was in fullscreen mode but windows fullscreen seems to do it as well. To fix the issue, I have to not only restart my computer but sometimes start in safe mode. Really hope they fix whatever is causing this soon.
