Stash tabs on PoE 2

Hello seems my stash tabs I paid for on my PlayStation account have swapped to my PC account I haven't played in years. Now my PlayStation account has only the normal set 4 tabs only. worked fine yesterday and today logged in was remove only
Is it cause I DL the game on pc and not psn?
