Sorcerer Monk

So guys question i want to play a male wizard sorcerer, i just like the fantasy of it.

I see i can pick sorcerer skills nova sparks right away.

If i go full magic on monk will i be a lot worse then a wizard ? what will be the differences between me and a magic user ? talents ?

is this even possible go full magic on monk ? with sparks and stuff

Not sure about the diffeneces, but I'm using Flame Wall and shooting Spark through it when I first started to get some extra damage with my Monk. Might be once you get higher levels the Monk skills will be better....

i tried both elemental and monk skills , and so far monk was way harder going with spark and orb of storms makes it all much easier, maybe will switch to proper monk eventually
