POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

Hello,
I, and many others, experience complete PC freezes while randomly loading into the zones - requiring hard PC reboot. I do not have this issue in other games. That said, I had several PC freezes in POE 1 a few days ago when I wanted to check some MTX, so either 24H2 caused that or some of the recent POE 1 patches, as the original Settlers league had zero issues for 200 hours. Nvidia 4080 Super AMD 7800x33 Windows 11 24H2 EDIT 1 (GGG Reply): " EDIT 2: The only solution that fully resolved the freezes for me was a clean installation of Windows 23H2. It's been four days now with zero crashes or freezes. I have this from time to time. Fix is to disable multithreading.
GGG hasn't acknowledged this bug yet, but happens with PoE1 and PoE2. |

Same CPU & GPU and also on 24H2. Disabling Multithreading seems to fix the issue, but my god I'm not trying to play this game at 30–40 fps just for a bandage fix.

Same issue here.
Happens most when loading into The Ardura Caravan. Mouse can move, but otherwise whole PC locked up. Alt f4, Ctrl Alt del, Ctrl shift esc all don't work. Zuletzt bearbeitet von Higglefrizz#6296 um 06.12.2024, 23:20:02

Same issue, had to forcefully restart my PC 8 times by now.

This has happened to me entering the village, I got bad brains lads, I have no idea how to disable multithreading. Hope it gets fixed soon, I was really enjoying the game. Maybe the standard has gotten so low, but this title will be one of the best ever.
