Will we need PS+ to play POE2 on PS5?

I would like to know, my subscription expires in early December and would rather not spend $80 on PS+ because this is the only game I really play anymore.

Hi.
You will not need the subscription to play the game or play in party. It's going to be the same as PoE1.

I suppose there's exceptions to this rule? This is the quote from GGG support regarding why I couldn't play PoE1 without a PS+ subscription:

"
We have heard back from appropriate team members, who have let us know that Path of Exile is a PS+ exclusive in Germany due to German law as the game's content is rated USK-restricted. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Im from Germany, so let me explain:

A F2P Game which is rated 18 (or some games even 16) are not free in Germany. We either need to pay 25 cent to get access (most game compensate us with ingame goodies like 1 day exp boost) or have PS+ to get it for free.

That has nothing do with having PS subscription to play online

im swiss, we may have the same thing.

So what does this mean in this case? will i need ps+ to pay those 25cent to get the game on ps5?
Im thinking of buying a ps5 but this whole pay to play online is one of the things that make me just wanting to stick to pc and use a gamepad on that.

In this case no as we need to pay for the EA nevertheless. Or you can get a key from a friend. But you dont need PS Plus to play the game.

Hello, I am having an issue where it is requiring a ps+ subscription to play PoE2. Is this a glitch?
IS THIS A CONFIRM THAT WE DONT NEED TO PAY FOR SUBSCRIPTION ON PLAYSTATION PLUS.? if i buy POE 2 early access on PS5
