Event mystery box "unavailable"

After leveling up to level 50 in Necro Settlers League I Recieved a Mystery box, but cannot open it, it says "unavailable" with the red text "This microtransaction cannot be used in this client as it was not purchased through Your Account on Playstation™Network"
