Skin Transfer Bug

When utilizing the skin transfer MTX on PS5, it doesn't apply a foiled or influenced item look; just the base item. If this is the case, then it should be specified that the skin transfer doesn't carry over these looks. If it is supposed to carry them over, then it is bugged.
