Game constantly freezing and crashing with no error message

I'm currently on act 3, and it started after entering lunaris temple level 2, after 4 crashes, i reinstalled the game and for about 30 minutes after completing lunaris temple and moving to another area, it started crashing again. I am on xbox series s.

same issue here, always fine up until act 3
