PS4 keeps crashing

My game keeps crashing.
Every time I try and play it crashes.
Tried over 10 times now. It is different places it crashes. Login window. In town and other places.
And I have to pull the power to the playstation every time and that is not good.
Love the game and played it severely years, but this is shit that o can't play now....
