Respec not working

Issue: I attempted to perform some respecs on the passive skill tree and save my progress, but when I go back to check the passive tree reverts back and no changes have saved.

Sometimes it appears to save and I go complete a map, but when I go back and check it appears once again that the respec does not work. Not sure what is happening
