{theory Craft Help needed} 3.24 - Champ Poison Conc

Off Meta POison Conc of bouncing, Need some help. How do I get more Chaos res? Small cluster with 3 passives, increased effect? I like the Watchers more tho. I Would like more damage, but can't figure out how to really get there. I average more than 8 withers per second but I chose 8 to be safe. And Yes, i press all of the flasks one at a time.
