Blight annointed rings not dropping

Hey GGG =)

Since 3.24.2 hit it seems blight annointed rings are not dropping anymore.
My filter is set up correctly so that shouldn't be the source.
Weirdly, annointed amulets still drop.
Is the development team aware of this circumstance?

Hmm, one just dropped.
But it seems waaaay less than before.
Could it be that sometimes certain blight bosses don't seem to spawn while they should?
