Expedition only led by Rog and Gwennen

I have ran about 20 maps so far, and have only gotten Dannig 1 time. despite having both Noble Quest and Scratchin up the Ground passives. It's almost as if they are doing the opposite of what they say all of the sudden. This is only a recent issue so idk if I'm just extremely unlucky or if it is an actual bug. I've tried refunding the points and running a map, that was when I saw Dannig. Then I redesignated the points and haven't seen Tujen or Dannig since.

Edit: Definitely a bug now on day 2 having only seen Danning once :(
