[3.24] CoC Ice Spear Build | Occultist | Necropolis | Path of Exile 3.24

Hey guys, cast on crit ice spear occultist build is here. Ice spear hits the enemy with its first form then pierce and returns back thanks to returning projectile gem and hits again the enemy with its second form.



Build Cost
- Medium Budget


Mana: How do I sustain mana?
- Non-Channelling Skills have # to Total Mana Cost mod on rings
- Inspiration
- Mana leech from Essence Sap (Amulet annoint)
- #% increased Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion mod on Militant Faith

Critical Strike Chance: Aim for %100 crit chance.
- Power charges
- Diamond Flask, any flask with crit chance mod
- Inspiration charges
- Ascendancy, Skill tree, Medium cluster
- Brittle Ground

Cooldown recovery: We need at least %14 for this build. I got it from belt because awakened coc gem is super expensive this league. You can also get it from boots.

Accuracy: We need %100 hit chance.
- Hits can't be Evaded mod on dagger solves the problem

Aps: With 14% cooldown recovery optimal aps for cyclone is 7.57. Don't go over it. Cyclone's aps is 7.54 with this setup.
- 5% inc attack speed, Quick Getaway
- 8% inc attack speed, Repeater
- 20% inc attack speed, Onslaught

Militant Faith: Dominus to get Inner Conviction keystone.
Try to get one with these mods:
- 4% increased Elemental Damage per 10 Devotion
- 1% reduced Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion

Life Reserve: You need "2% increased Reservation Efficiency of Skills" mod on one jewel to be able to use all auras on Prism Guardian.

How do I generate power charge on bosses?
When we spend 200 mana we get a power charge so we keep spamming frostblink and cyclone before the boss fights.

Cospri's Malice: You can also use Cospri but you are gonna have to deal with accuracy and dex requirement.
