Commander Kirac Atlas mission bug

This is happening on 2 of my characters now. Earlier it happened on my standard character and now it's happening on my league character as well. When I select Atlas mission on Kirac's dialogue nothing happens. I did the sister Cassia mission and then this started happening on this new character current league. Not able to understand what's causing this bug. And it stays forever. On my other standard character it's been like this since the league start. I'm unable to do Kirac's missions.

Edit: I've even tried going into hideout and it's still the same.
