microTransaction is bugged crashed Everytime u click it also haven't received my pack I bought earlier

it's even worse when you paid $25 for 250 points and still haven't seen them. and you see $25 taken from the bank plus PlayStation stars gives you 214+53 reward points for the purchase showing that PlayStation knows I paid for something yet I'm still looking at 20 points on my acc. right now.
