Help needed: I think I broke my build and not sure how

So long story short...

I was inspired by Paintmaster's 1 Div MF Cheiftain, that was going great.

Upgraded some stuff, changed to Singularity + Squire, slow but still going well, juiced T16's.

Then, I qualitied some gems, I'm not sure if that caused the problem.

NOW...I die to the same maps I was running two weeks ago without dying, on crappier gear. Also, stuff is dying slower...HELP :)

Not being a build crafter, I have no idea what is wrong with the build.

I loved it before and I want to rescue it if I can.
