Minion Instability Ignite Damage Calculation

I've seen bits about minion instability scattered throughout the forums, but I was wondering about Mark of the red Covenant and the ignite damage Produced by Minion Instability explosions. Is the ignite itself effected by the increase in damage from the Mark of the Red Covenant?
