[3.21] INTROSPEKTRAL's slowing TR Ballista Pathfinder - My Crucible League Starter Build

This is the build I made because I often do something else while playing path of exile, so wanted to make something that allows me to take a breather from pack to pack.

Main "Shtick" of the build is to utilize slows.

It's still in process but can reliably do t16 maps with any mods.
