Is the launch delayed?

When i say the date and time it said it would start 2am cest and now the game says 3am? What the hell? No announcement just move the time and think we are to tried to notice?

its says 2 mins for me on the ingame timer but no queue yet

My timer says 1h2m but the announcement did say 12am GMT which is in 2 minutes.
