Any Scion build a decent uber pinnacle boss killer on a budget?

So, end of the league, but still havin fun. Got a decent all purpose machine and a decent quick zoomizoom mapper glasscannon. Decent for a 1h/day casual noob that I am, that is, so no mirror tier 100s of divines stuff here.
Got some spare money (~20div) and a not used lvl 90 scion and was wondering - can I combine this to pure bosskiller? So uber sirus, uber elder, uber uber eldershaper, uber this and uber that?
