Help me improve my ele wand build

This is an older build I was playing and revived it but I need some single target damage and minor survivability.

Maybe I just suck now after coming back but I'm looking for chad opinions on how to improve this build. Map clear is amazing but I get one shot by yellows sometimes and can't down them quick enough with power siphon all the time.

I use to use KB in tempest liberation and power siphon in shroud of the lightness. And I think the damage may be better then my current set up of crystalized omniscience but its hard to tell. Any advice and tips is much appreciated.
